Transparent and Competitive Pet Sitting Rates

Daily Pet Sitting Visits: $45 Per Visit

Our daily pet sitting visits are priced at $45 per visit, covering all the essential needs of your pets. This includes feeding, watering, playtime, exercise (for dogs), litter box cleaning (for cats), and lots of love and attention. We typically recommend 1-2 visits per day, depending on your pet's individual requirements. These visits can be customized to fit your pet's specific needs and your schedule.

Overnight Pet Sitting: $97 Per Night (8-hrs.)

For overnight pet sitting services, our rate is $97 per night. This overnight visit is equal to 8 hours total. Times of arrival will vary due to travel and scheduling but will be discussed with you during the initial consultation. This includes overnight care in your home, ensuring your pets are comfortable and secure while you're away. Our overnight sitters will maintain your pet's routines, provide companionship, and handle any necessary tasks, such as administering medication or cleaning up after your pets.

5-Day Work Week Discounts

We offer special discounts for clients who book daily visits for the entire work week (5 days):
One visit per day: $10.00 discount will be subtracted from your total invoice, for all 5 days (not per day.)
Two visits per day: $20.00 discount will be subtracted from your total invoice for all 5 days (not per day.)
These discounts are designed to make pet care more affordable for busy working parents.

Holiday Rates and Discounts

Please note that there is an additional charge of $15 for pet sitting services during holidays.

We also offer a discount for frequent bookings: 
Book more than 3 visits in a week, and receive a $8.00 discount on your total invoice (not per day).
This is our way of thanking you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pets.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Raven Moon Pet Sitting operates on a pre-pay service basis. Payment must clear before services are rendered. We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy. We require only a 1-day cancellation notice.

  • Credit and Debit Cards via PayPay (no PayPal account needed)

Refunds:

Our services are performed on-location, and as such, we are unable to issue refunds once the service has started. This is because our technicians dedicate their time and travel to your specific location. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we encourage you to contact us before your scheduled appointment if you have any questions or need to reschedule. We're happy to discuss your needs and ensure the service meets your expectations

Travel Fees

For clients located more than 10 miles from our base in Wellington, OH, a travel fee of $15 will be added to the total invoice. This helps us cover the cost of travel time and expenses. We serve all of Medina and Lorain Counties.
